Fitness for Life

Training can improve endurance, balance and body awareness, while providing an enjoyable way to support both physical and mental wellbeing.

Everyone Welcolme

Young or old. Male or female. Beginner or experienced.

Aikido can be adapted to suit different ages, abilities and levels of fitness. Beginners train alongside experienced practitioners in a supportive environment, learning at their own pace.

And because you train with others, you become part of a community where friendships, mutual respect and support are at the heart of practice.

Train Together - Not Against Each Other

Aikido is non-competitive. There are no opponents and no winners or losers.

Your training partner is there to help you learn and improve — and you do the same for them.

You work together, developing skills, confidence and understanding through shared practice.

Come along. Have a go.

Discover what Aikido can do for you.
