Welcome our permissions page for Lancashire Aikikai
Instructors who are authorised to take classes in our Association without supervision.
The Aikikai believes all such Instructors
should:
- hold a Governing Body coaching award,
- be a Dan Grade in Aikido,
- be First Aid qualified,
- hold appropriate insurance,
- be DBS checked in accordance with Child Protection policy where they take classes involving under 18s and
- be authorised to take classes by our Head of Association - also validating all the elements listed above are current.
The Instructors given Permission to Teach classes unsupervised in the Lancashire Aikikai are listed on this webpage.
Our list on this page notes also the current Instructors' Coaching Award level they hold. Noting their main Coaching Award at either Level One, Level Two or Level Three and whether have undertaken a Refresher course (Shown as +R.)
